We can offer you the following tasks:

• A Superintendent Engineer is responsible for the team, his own work tasks as required in accordance with his assigned responsibilities.
• Supervises and leads a team of service engineers & technicians, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned with field engineering works aspects

• Provide qualified advice and service to our customers in all kind of technical matters.
• Be an active part of the development of new products and services for our customers
• Responsible for his team, his own work tasks as required by seniors time to time in accordance with assigned responsibilities
• Supervises and leads team of service engineers & technicians, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned with field engineering works aspects
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Competent in reading, understanding and interpreting specifications, drawings, and all other engineering related documentation.
• Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all Engineering Standards, QA/QC and Safety procedures, plus all Company rules and regulations.
• Develop excellent working relationships with all other department personnel as well as client management. .
• Liaise with other staff to ensure the optimum interface of the various operational activities, with the overall objective of successful completion of the maintenance / service activities and projects.
• Planning, monitoring and tracking of maintenance projects and daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual. Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials, and in cooperation with planning engineer and project management.  
• Ensures that the staff understands and implements the engineering aspects of the work plan, by explaining and engaging in pro‐active communication with the crews.
• Identifies and implements “on‐the‐job” training programs with the aim of developing and improving team members’ competency in required skills and abilities.
• Being an expert, responsible to manages complex field service missions
• Develop special solutions for his / her field of activity
• Develop, designs and implements overall field service strategies with cross company implications
• Coordination of experts of a lower level and external experts belonging to his / her field service responsibility area
• Serve as contact for highly sensitive issues and problems
• Promote the development and implementation of best practices in his / her own area of responsibility
• To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
• Familiarize, understand and implement safety, and environment policy, procedures, legal regulations and objectives applicable to areas of responsibility.

You can help us with these qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering in the field of Marine/Mechanical or Comparable vocational education with longtime work experience.
• Seasoned engineer with minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in international shipping or relevant repair and maintenance work. equipment / machines
• Should have experience in multicultural environment.
• Experience with leading crew from other cultures.
• Should have experience in documentation and reporting.
• Detailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levels

We can offer you the following tasks:

• Maintenance of all types of rotating equipment, compressors, turbines, pumps and motors including strong knowledge of mechanical seals and seal system.
• Carries out routine maintenance on rotating equipment, carries out visual checks of seals for leaks, disassembles equipment, replaces parts as directed, cleans equipment, replaces packing and gaskets, repairs as appropriate, checks bearings and reassembles.
• Carries out routine preventive maintenance of machinery according to schedules, check lists and specific equipment requirements. This includes changing oils, greasing, cleaning strainers and filters and general overhaul of equipment. Repairs and or replaces defective parts, reassembles overhauled equipment and carries out necessary tests and performance monitoring upon start-up
• Ensures correct alignment and tolerances, using precision measurement instruments, such as laser alignment equipment, DTI clock gauges, micrometres, gauges and verniers.
• Repairs and or replaces defective parts, reassembles overhauled equipment and carries out necessary tests and performance monitoring upon start-up
• Assists in planning annual shutdown and major equipment turnarounds and carries out complete overhaul rotating equipment.
• Reassembles and tests equipment in accordance with requirements or tests schedules.
• Assist in inspection of equipment for its healthiness
• Strict Adherence to Plant Safety Protocols & Good housekeeping
• Comply with all Project HSE requirements i.e. PPE, work Permits etc

• Complies with the Company Code of Conduct and MAN ES Guidelines.
•  Has been familiarized with, and actively applies, all other company policies and procedures    applicable to areas of responsibility (including but not limited to: safety, environment, legal etc).

You can help us with these qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of rotating equipment maintenance engineering and services.
• Experience in machinery rotor balancing
• Oil and Gas Experience essential

• Proficiency in English – speak, read and write

• Demonstrate a good understanding environmental regulations and requirements.
• Ability to influence and drive contractor to improve safety, quality, and production.
• Comparable vocational education with longtime related work experience or equal
