Field Service Engineer (TurboMachinery)

For our Swedish organization we are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer for our Primeserv Industrial (TurboMachinery) Department.
- Execution and Supervision of mechanical works at customer sites in Europe with preference to the nordic area(Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Finland and the Baltics), mainly on turbomachinery (repairs, overhauls, modifications etc.).
- Preparation of such site works independently and at interactions with internal staff, customers and contractors.
- Communication with all involved parties during the execution of the site works.
- When qualified as supervisor: professional guidance and instruction of the crew employed (own, clients and/or contractors) during the site works.
- Ensure observation of applicable standards, specifications, regulations and safety measures during execution of the site works
- Perform administration, reporting and documentation of the works performed.
- First response to our regional customers for any emergency support on MAN Energy Solutions (turbo machinery).
- Education in mechanical works and turbomachinery knowledge
- Basic knowledge on I &C (Bently Nevada, Siemens, etc.)
- Practical experience in performing repairs, overhauls and modifications on turbomachines
- Extensive travelling, mainly within Scandinavia and the Baltic States
- Agility and flexibility to work with internal, and external, clients/partners and authorities
- Good communication and organization skills, verbally and in writing
- Knowledge on the base software (Word, Excel, Project, etc)
- HSE rules and regulations
- Good knowledge in English and preferably one Scandinavian language
- Swedish citizenship or a Swedish working permit

Vi växer och söker nu en Sales & Business Development Manager till ”Turbomachinery New Equipment & Solutions” för att driva försäljning och affärsutveckling av vår verksamhet i region Nordeuropa (Sverige, Norge, Danmark, Island, Finland och Baltikum). Marknaden i Norden är väldigt spännande just nu och tillsammans med kunderna inom regionen driver den svenska organisationen produktutvecklingen framåt och säljer lösningar som stödjer den gröna omställningen. Du kommer att ha en nyckelroll i att expandera vår verksamhet för värmepumpar, CCS/U (Carbon Capture & Storage/Utilization), vätgas, energilagring och lösningar baserade på turbomaskiner. MAN-ES har cirka 14 000 anställda på 120 platser runt om i världen. Vår svenska organisation är stationerad i Göteborg och sysselsätter ca 65 personer varav 7 personer tillhör ”Turbomachinery” enheten.
Dina arbetsuppgifter:
- Representera alla turbomachinery produkter och lösningar till kunder i Skandinavien – både industriella kunder och generellt inom energisektorn
- Leda försäljningsprojekt och utveckling av affärsmöjligheter med stöd från våra offert- och ingenjörsteam i Europa
- Arbeta kundnära och vara kundens kontaktpunkt under alla faser av försäljningsprocessen
- Delta i förhandling av nya säljprojekt fram till kontraktssignatur och ge stöd under projektgenomförandet
- Regelbundna resor främst i Europa
Vad vi tror att du har:
- Erfarenhet från försäljning och/eller anbudshantering och projektledning av stora komplexa projekt mot industriella kunder
- God teknisk kompetens och kunskap om energisektorn, med fördel har du erfarenhet inom något av följande områden; värmepumps-, vätgas- och energilagringsapplikationer
- Hög social och kommunikativ kompetens med en förmåga att förstå kundens processer och behov
- Stark drivkraft, uthållighet och affärssinne
- Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat i en internationell miljö inom en större organisation
- Flytande engelska och ett skandinaviskt språk (svenska, norska eller danska)
- Kandidat- eller Civilingenjörsexamen inom relevant område

for our Power Segment to join our team of excellence in Gothenburg!
Your Tasks:
- To build a strong sales pipeline and customer lead through active promotion of MAN Energy Solutions Power Segment related products in north Europe
- Identifie target projects and achieve defined order intake for the region (Sweden/Finland/Norway and the Baltic countries)
- Lead and manage a project opportunites and core project team
- Lead management approval process for firm offers
- Support the establishment of project structure (consortium partner and key suppliers) in coordination with internal stakeholders. Negotiate contract to reduce risks, find right solution and sell at prices within the set frame
- Develop and document the Sales Project tactics and activities in our CRM system
- Drive the development to achieve our order intake goals, plans and activities of the business segment Power products in the region
- Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitors’ activities, project opportunities, etc.
- Develop an excellent market and customer knowledge of the business opportunities in the area of responsibility
- Regular travels mainly in Europe are required
Who you are:
For you to enjoy this position we believe that you are an openminded and flexible person who enjoys networking and building relationships. You must have a great technical knowledge , preferably combined with a commercial background. Other criterias are:
- An engineering degree is desired but not essential, together with a commercial background
- A big advantage is to have a technical training / background with knowledge of Hydrogen or Power to X
- You are used to working with stakeholders in large companies
- You are assertive and motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- You can work under time pressure and you have excellent technical and commercial skills
- You are service oriented, a team player with a flexible mindset
- Swedish speaking with an excellent proficiency of the English language (spoken and written)
- Our local team is stationed in Gotheburg, but a hybrid solution might be possible
