Field Service Engineer (TurboMachinery)

For our Swedish organization we are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer for our Primeserv Industrial (TurboMachinery) Department.

 
Job responsabilities
  • Execution and Supervision of mechanical works at customer sites in Europe with preference to the nordic area(Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Finland and the Baltics), mainly on turbomachinery (repairs, overhauls, modifications etc.).
  • Preparation of such site works independently and at interactions with internal staff, customers and contractors.
  • Communication with all involved parties during the execution of the site works.
  • When qualified as supervisor: professional guidance and instruction of the crew employed (own, clients and/or contractors) during the site works.
  • Ensure observation of applicable standards, specifications, regulations and safety measures during execution of the site works
  • Perform administration, reporting and documentation of the works performed.
  • First response to our regional customers for any emergency support on MAN Energy Solutions (turbo machinery).
You can help us with these qualifications
  • Education in mechanical works and turbomachinery knowledge
  • Basic knowledge on I &C (Bently Nevada, Siemens, etc.)
  • Practical experience in performing repairs, overhauls and modifications on turbomachines
  • Extensive travelling, mainly within Scandinavia and the Baltic States
  • Agility and flexibility to work with internal, and external, clients/partners and authorities
  • Good communication and organization skills, verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge on the base software (Word, Excel, Project, etc)
  • HSE rules and regulations
  • Good knowledge in English and preferably one Scandinavian language
  • Swedish citizenship or a Swedish working permit

LNG Field Service Engineer Fuel Gas Supply Systems

For our Swedish organization we are currently looking for a LNG Field Service Engineer Fuel Gas Supply Systems for our PrimeServ Cryo Department.

We can offer you the following tasks

  • Plan and execute commissioning on new cryogenic fuel gas supply system
  • Aftermarket remote support and service onsite
  • Perform troubleshooting and reporting aimed at solving fuel gas supply-related problems
  • Train and provide technical advice to vessel crew and owners
  • Support vessel owners and their crew with technical guidance regarding repair solutions and general system supervision
  • Prepare vessel attendance prior to job start - this includes arranging relevant drawings, spare parts and other required information to complete the jo
  • Perform scheduled service jobs and inspections, both at our site in Gothenburg, as well as travel to the vessels and land based sites on a global basis.
  • Prepare reports and ensure follow-ups for owners after a completed job
  • Be a part of and execute FAT
  • Handle daily mail correspondences and remote customer support when not assigned to a job
  • Be an active support to our R&D and engineering department to develop our products to even better meet our customers need

You can help us with these qualifications

  • Qualified as marine engineer and/or experience from working with cryogenic FGSS
  • Have a passion for customer support and being a part of a green future
  • Have knowledge of and flair for trouble-shooting of complex systems in general
  • Speak and write Swedish and English effortlessly

  • Experience from sales or bid management of large/complex projects
  • Strong social competences, communicative spirit, and ability to understand customer`s processes as well as business drivers
  • Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrity
  • Excellent skills in communication, contracts negotiation, terms and condition design and legal implications, as well as intercultural skills
  • Ability to interact with customer at the most senior level
  • Experience from working in an international environment with a matrix organization
  • Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish)

Dina arbetsuppgifter:

  • Att utföra arbete på komponenter till dieselmotorer och turboladdare
  • Skapa detaljerade rapporter efter en första inspektion av komponenter efter ankomst till verkstaden
  • Planera det dagliga arbetet i verkstaden i nära samarbete med servicekoordinatorerna och servicechefen
  • Tillhandahålla intern och extern teknisk support
  • Se till att det är ordning och reda i våran verkstad
  • Säkerställa att allt arbete utförs i enlighet med 5S
  • Säkerställa att alla ankommande varor till PrimeServ registreras och lagras på ett korrekt sätt.
  • Packa och skicka utgående försändelser

Vem är du?

  • Vi tror att du har en gedigen erfarenhet (ca 10 år) av servicearbete med dieselmotorer eller turboladdare. Kanske har du skaffat dig erfarenheten genom flera år till sjöss.
  • Du har erfarenhet av att samordna och planera verkstadsverksamheten
  • För att skriva tekniska rapporter krävs att du är noggrann och har ett öga för detaljer
  • Vårat koncernspråk är engelska så du behöver kunna kommunicera både muntligt och skriftligt på engelska
  • Som person är du mycket serviceinriktad och gillar att jobba med många olka människor
  • Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av arbetsledning
