A new digital service - PrimeServ Assist

PrimeServ Assist is empowering you to increase efficiency, safety and availability of your MAN products and supports in improving OPEX through condition and performance optimization using our expertise based on more than 20 years of experience in remote monitoring.

Powered by a state of the art connectivity eco-system ensuring secure and constant (real-time/ on-time) data flow,  a team of MAN experts in the PrimeServ Assist Remote Service Center and advanced analytics, PrimeServ Assist customers will receive the following services based on 24/7 data monitoring and analysis:

  • Ad-hoc notifications for safety and availability,
  • Pro-active advice on maintenance,
  • Pro-active advise on operation and performance,
  • Instant Technical Support and
  • Remote System Updates.


MAN PrimeServ Remote Service Centers are placed in various locations globally and staffed with MAN ES experts to assist customers 24/7. Here, live data from assets in the field is monitored and analyzed to translate detected anomalies into valuable advice on operations & maintenance and provide it in return to increase ship/plant availability and efficiency.

As part of MAN ES digitalization strategy MAN CEON is the new digital platform, which is the customer user interface and provides e.g. asset status and easy access to condition and performance evaluation based on securely transferred real time data from assets in the field. For example, the fleet/ plant manager can get a fleet/ plant efficiency overview, while the chief/ maintenance engineer can analyze and optimize the assets based on performance and condition measurements and advice from the PrimeServ Assist Remote Service Center expert and/or advanced analytics.

This new service solution will be available from End of February 2019 – replacing our existing PrimeServ offerings Online Service and IRDS®.
