We can offer you the following tasks

• Strategic planning for workshop development
• Planning of personnel, machines, materials and operating materials
• Supporting by selecting and recruiting, guiding, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, advising and disciplining employees
• Planning, monitoring and assessing work processes
• Complying with Company guidelines, standards and procedures
• Implementing Company production, quality and customer standards
• Determining and documenting deviations and carrying out corrective measures
• Responsible for the service interval for the function and reliability of the workshop devices by carrying out a preventative maintenance program
• Responsible for a safe, healthy working environment by using defined standards and procedures
• Budget planning (e.g. workshop project costs, overheads) according to project plan
• Assist in redesign / restructuring of work devices and production conversions while taking into account practical experience and theoretical background knowledge
• Determining defects as well as rejecting / introducing measures / suggestions for troubleshooting
• Assist developing measures for preventative quality assurance, implementing these measures and defining quality standards
• Inspecting and discussing work results with employee
• Carrying out staff appraisals
• Improving the efficiency of all service processes and recommending measures for improvement
• Regularly determining and reporting key figures
• Leading employees and promoting customer-oriented behavior
  

You can help us with these qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering
• Experiences as workshop manager
• At least 8 years of professional experiences in turbo machinery industry
• Experiences in leading a team, dealing with customer and supplier
• Excellent English skills communication on all company levels
• Independent, structured, consistent and customer-oriented working method
• Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrity
• Monitoring and maintaining of product quality as per company standard
• Fast response to customer demands and solutions-oriented mind-set
• Excellent commitment and good decision-making skills
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

· Technical consulting for all mechanical operating issues of local turbomachinery fleet

· Sales support on regional turbomachinery fleet of any OEM, concerning technical discussion

· Regular participation to customer visits in the region together with respective sales manager

· Development of opportunities of third-party machine business identified by Sales Managers

· Support of field service personnel in case of technical problems

· Implementation of technical analyses including reporting and documentation

· Proposal and feasibility of possible offerings towards customers

· Alignment with Sales, Engineering, Field Service and Workshop

· To comply with the Company's internal rules and guidelines (House of Compliance, etc.)

· Document all customer interactions and new machines properly in CRM system

· Compliance with all local legal obligations including IP compliance (OEM property rights)

You can help us with these qualifications

· Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

· Seasoned service experience for turbomachinery equipment with 10+ years of related experience,

preferably in field service, engineering, or workshop environment

· Comparable broad specialized expertise and constant ongoing training in this area

· Generalist understanding relating to market and economic aspects

· Sales experience in an international environment

· Knowledge of local/general technical standards and directives as well as international standards like API

· Advance knowledge of project management methods

· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business English

· Understand and gain knowledge about the Balance of Plant equipment, customer base

· Basic Knowledge of thermodynamic and design details of turbomachinery and their components

Tasks

• Evaluate customer contracts with regard to potential risks from the Seller’s perspective and comment the same to minimize risks in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare commercial offers for potential customers.
• Interface with HQ finance, tax, treasury and legal departments to evaluate contracts/offers from these perspectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers.
• Evaluate the need and prepare internal approvals for large projects.
• Assist with the project administration after contract award, project controlling, invoicing, etc.
• Seek proactive resolution for contractual disputes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, legal or business with legal emphasis preferred.
• Several years’ work experience with commercial contracts evaluation from legal, commercial, taxation and financial aspects.
• Good understanding of contract law.
• Ability to understand and follow company policies regarding contractual aspects.
• Entrepreneurial, self-disciplined and highly motivated with ability to work closely with sales team
• Ability to travel as required by business needs (sometimes on very short notice)
• Fluency in English, and strong writing and communication skills in English for contract drafting and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge in MS Office( such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good coordination, organized and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment
• Ability to work in cross- culture environment
