World Earth Day: Together for climate protection
On the occasion of Earth Day on April 22, Volkswagen is calling on all employees to make a clear commitment to climate protection. We are part of it!
The Earth Day was founded in the USA over 50 years ago and has grown into a worldwide environmental movement in 199 countries.
At MAN Energy Solutions, we work on climate-friendly technologies for marine propulsion and power generation systems and support the decarbonization of the global economy. For this reason, we are using the Earth Day as an opportunity to actively talk about climate protection and are conducting the #Project1Hour together with all brands and companies within the Volkswagen Group.
In this one-hour workshop, our employees have the opportunity to talk about climate protection and define personal climate actions together with their colleagues. The #Project1Hour is an opportunity to use our potential around the globe to engage as pioneers for climate protection. Together, we can be part of something really big!
