Expertise in experimental scientific components

At the MAN Energy Solutions plant in Deggendorf in southeast Germany, MAN technicians build special parts for the most complex scientific and engineering experiments. Our work is focused on the design and construction of apparatus for physical research projects such as fusion experiments, the CERN particle accelerator or rocket engine test benches. Currently, MAN is involved in the production of components for the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER). It is the world’s largest tokamak, a solar fusion device that could change the future of sustainable energy production. Furthermore, we offer waste heat recovery units for methanol plants as well as high-pressure equipment. You can come to us for equipment made from special materials such as duplex, nickel-based alloys, zirconium and others.
