Our blades are made to order and we can offer manufacturing according to supplied drawings or reverse engineering from any sample component. Strip and re-blading services on any casing or rotor are uniquely supported entirely in house.

We stock a wide variety of imported specialised Stainless steels and other exotic materials for blade manufacturing. Our stocked material grades enable us to offer rapid turnarounds and be flexible to customer requirements. Stocked grades include 1.4923, 1.4913, 1.4021, 1.4006, 1.4120, 1.4939, 1.4313, 1.4542, 1.4418, 1.4462, 1.4962, 1.4594. Various Inconel, Nimonic and Titanium grades. We also stock a variety of high temperature steels for Steam turbine applications.

Our expertise in Reverse Engineering and manufacturing is supported by several technologies; Laser Scanning, Photogrammetry, CMM inspection, Blade Resonant frequency analysis, Surface roughness testing. We also proudly own Africas only Liechti & Starrag high speed blade milling centres, capable of milling blades up to 1.25m in length.
