MAN PrimeServ in España is the brand of after-sales service of MAN Energy Solutions. In Spain we have three centers in Madrid, Valencia and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with different focus on business areas.
Engines
- Repair and maintenance of two-stroke and four-stroke engines; as well as machining contact surfaces.
- Retrofitting injection elements and complete overhaul of engines with the possibility of pressure tests, cleaning and sandblasting (glass bead), repairing damaged parts, 3D analysis, measuring and detection of cracks and installing new parts.
- Pit stop exchange service for original and/or refurbished spare parts.
- Repairing cylinder liners and pistons, adjusting engine load and oil for cylinder lubrication, detecting cat fines through microphotography, replica analysis, on-site cylinder honing and wave cutting, on site repairing and/or replacing camshafts and certification of new camshafts, timing adjustments.
- Various types of retrofits and upgrades for engines and turbochargers.
- Assistance in commissioning and sea tests.
- Monitoring combustion diagrams through PMI, proprietary control system SaCoSone, wiring and programming ME-C and ME-B engines, instrumentation and calibration of sensors.

MAN PrimeServ Madrid
Located in the heart of the financial district of the capital, MAN PrimeServ Madrid provides after-sales service for main and auxiliary marine engines for vessels, as well as for engines located at Spanish power- and cogeneration plants.

Just a few minutes from Valencia and Sagunto, MAN PrimeServ Valencia serves the mediterranean maritime traffic and the nearby power plants. In addition, it is the authorized repair agent of Mitsubishi turbochargers.

Located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, MAN PrimeServ Las Palmas service hub comprises 600 m2 and offers complete services to the harbors and power plants on the Canary Island as well as in West-Africa.
