Yes, all companies within the Everllence Group which previously had “MAN Energy Solutions” as part of their company name will gradually be renamed into “Everllence”, including those outside Germany. The process will extend over several months, as it is dependent on the entries in the commercial register of the relevant country, for which there are different processing periods. The goal is to have all the companies in question renamed by the end of 2025.

The new name of the principal company – Everllence SE – will be officially registered on June 4, 2025.

By changing our name and saying goodbye to the traditional three letters, we are continuing our corporate strategy “Moving Big Things to Zero” and thus our focus on industrial decarbonization technologies as a growth driver. For this reason, MAN Diesel & Turbo became MAN Energy Solutions back in 2018.
At that time, we were at the beginning of a journey on which we are now well advanced. Today, our company is established worldwide not only for marine engines and retrofits for the use of alternative fuels, but also as a supplier of large heat pumps, systems for CO₂ capture from industrial processes and hydrogen technology. We are reflecting this success and the changed profile of the company with the new name change.

“Everllence“ combines the two English-language terms ‘Ever’ (”always” but also ‘ever’) and ‘Excellence’ and thus two central attributes of our self-image:
The history of our company stretches back over 250 years. “Ever” expresses this historical continuity: we have been writing industrial history for as long as there has been industry, but we have always looked to the future. Because “Ever” also contains “First Ever” - the invention and development of new solutions and technologies, the engineering and pioneering spirit that has always characterized us. 
On the one hand, “excellence” refers to our high technological standards - cutting-edge technology is part of our DNA. But beyond technology, we also stand for an 'excellent' corporate culture at all levels - from cooperation with colleagues, partners and customers and our management culture to corporate citizenship.

No, the rebranding does not affect the ownership structure of Everllence SE.

No, the contact partners will not change. This is also the case for the international subsidiaries of the Everllence SE.

No. As "Everllence SE" is the same legal entity as "MAN Energy Solutions" there is simply a change of name. All contracts concluded under the former firm names "MAN Diesel SE", "MAN Diesel & Turbo SE" or "MAN Energy Solutions SE" hence remain in force. This is like when an individual changes his/her name after a marriage - he/she remains the same person. This also applies our subsidiary companies' contracts.

The product brand MAN will become Everllence. All other product brands remain unchanged.

From beginning of June 2025 onwards, we will generally purchase our parts from you with the new logo. Please refer to the order where all guidelines and drawings will be included at date of change.

Yes, Everllence SE will be the same legal entity as MAN Energy Solutions SE after June 4, 2025. It will only change its firm name. This also applies to the subsidiaries.

No, neither the VAT ID number nor the commercial register number change.

No, the bank details remain unchanged.

No, this is not necessary. The customer relationship remains unchanged after the official rebranding date.
