MAN Energy Solutions are an energy provider who manufacture machinery and equipment that produce energy for power generation, marine transport and processing industries. We provide industrial engines, rotating equipment and aftersales support through over 100 locations around the world.

We can offer you the following tasks

• Managing workshop staff and Field Service Engineers (team of 12)
• Customer Service
• Key Account Management Managing service and aftersales
• Tendering and Project Management
• Reporting: provide regular and ad hoc reports
• Training: ensuring staff has received adequate training
• Safety: ongoing process to ensure zero harm workplace
• Act with Integrity & Compliance, in line with company’s Code of Conduct and other Policies and Procedures
• Operate within the Quality Management System and support its ongoing maintenance
• Participating in senior management meetings
• Infrequent travelling (interstate and overseas), e.g. customer and site visits, for training purposes

You can help us with these qualifications

• Safety oriented
• Demonstrated experience in same/similar role
• Tertiary qualification in engineering highly desirable
• People person, ability to effectively lead and influence teams
• Effective collaborate and communication at all company and Group levels
• Solutions oriented
• Exceptional Communication and Time Management Skills
• High level computer skills: Microsoft Suites, SAP, CRM
