Head of Revamps and Footprints Solutions

Strategy
- Identify Market trends, market drivers and unique selling preposition for revamps/footprints in alignment with IGC/Hub FrontEnd Sales team to prioritize markets/customers/products
- Develop regional strategy for complex projects
- Monitor and follow-up on strategy implementation actions. Adjust as needed to secure sustainable complex project business.
- Systematic fleet analysis for standard ”revamps” such as I&C upgrades and barrel revamps etc.

Sales
- Lead Pre-Bid Phase (identify lead, develop value preposition, budgetary quote, Bid/no-bid decision). First Contact for complex projects queries in the region
- Provides value based target pricing and challenge cost estimates and performance to ensure positive customer business case (ROI)
- Authorized and responsible for Go/no-Go and Bid/no-Bid decision in alignment with PC
- Organizes and supports quotations on local IGC scope (if needed takes lead)

Operation Superintendent Engineer (2-Stroke Engines)

- Forming a comprehensive Engineering Department from both existing members and newly recruited staff.

Competencies and Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Industrial Engineering Work, i.e. Mechanical, Electrical or Process-Engineering, including disciplinary and functional leadership – focus on machinery and complex systems; Other related experience in areas like Quality, Field-Service, Commissioning or Spare parts, which entails both, Engineering-Work and leading /management of Teams are also acceptable.
- Knowledge of turbo machinery, such as compressors, steam turbines and respective systems (or related industrial machinery)
- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems;
- Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems;

Position:
Low Speed Engine Operation (EEEO) Superintendent Engineer is speicalised in managing complex marine two stroke diesel/gas engines operation, supervision and troubleshooting and engines performance optimisation during service.
Responsibilities:
# Preparation and execution of inspection and supervision at ports in the APAC region – mainly in Asia but can be worldwide.
# Technical support or actual commissioning to the test bed trials, shipyards sea trials, and prototype tests as well as guarantee claims.
# Follow up on newly designed component on the latest engines in service.
