We can offer you the following tasks

• Manage our site offices and lead the supervisors into digital solutions of Engine Connectivity and Smart Licensee Support.

• Together with our Vendor Control you will maintain existing vendors as well as develop new vendors.
• Provide both quality control & assurance at our licensees and vendors, and lead them into digital solutions.
• Coordinate new engine types, trainings for our Licensee and vendors.
• Build bridges and ensure that valuable feedback are addressed to Copenhagen and Holeby, in order to support the most optimal and competitive design of Engines and Solutions.

You can help us with these qualifications

• A background as mechanical or marine engineer
• +5 years’ experience as manager
• As our new colleague, you have strong interpersonal skills and a flair for communication with candor and respect.
• You live diversity and have insight into Korean culture and mindset, and you have the ability to build trust.
• Your business mindset ensure that our Korean licensees and sub suppliers will produce robust technical and competitive solutions.
• You have set up clear goals for your team aligned with strategies in Copenhagen and Holeby.
• You have strong communication skills on all levels in the organization as well as towards

our customers.
