Omnicare Sales Engineer

  • Set up and manage sales and distribution structures
  • Develop new sales strategies and product packages in particular for key accounts and the spare part business
  • Implement KPI figures for sales (hit rate, loss analysis, order intake, etc.) and set up monthly reporting
  • Define the marketing plan and marketing mix (4P: product, promotion, price and place) for the products and countries
  • Conduct market analysis, competition benchmarking and customer survey.
  • Development of the existing business in countries like Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait , U.A.E. ,Iraq Interacting with internal departments and HQ marketing department to align local with corporate values.
  • Develop Business plan and budget

    You can help us with these qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience and product know-how in sales for engines, turbochargers and auxiliary equipment, preferably marine after sales with a strong technical background.
  • Experience managing major projects that have large scale impacts on a business success
  • The candidate could be marine engineer, mechanical engineer or similar.
  • Proactive, self-driven and have a structured and quality-oriented approach to assignments. Result-oriented, possess excellent networking skills and have the ability to interface at all levels in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent English skills both orally and in writing

Sales Coordinator Dubai

The role of a Sales Coordinator reports to the Head of Division Spare Parts Sales & Business Development. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of quotations and ordering of spares, liaison with freight companies, stock control and asset registration.

Detailed tasks specification:

  • Responsible for processing of spare parts enquiries, which includes floating enquires to suppliers, preparing offers to customers and creating purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Processes service related spare parts orders & engine components
  • Preparation of sales quotations for workshop, onboard service and spare parts by adhering to all MAN compliance guidelines.
  • Follow ups, coordinates with logistics department and suppliers for timely delivery of spare parts and engine components
  • Coordinates with MAN ES Product HQ’s
  • Analyzes sales activities and customers enquiries and prepare reports periodically
  • Ensures timely and accurate preparation of quotations
  • Follow ups with freight companies
  • Controls delivery dates in sales orders through coordination with MAN ES Product HQ’s
  • Maintains accurate records of all transactions
  • Handles miscellaneous queries from customers
  • Aim to increase efficiency in quote process, increase order intake and increase hit rate.
  • Timely reporting and upkeep of documentation and processes as per company policy.

Sales and Application Engineer

Performing  Sales / Business Development  and Bid management duties on projects involving Rotating Equipment within Segment Industries

Detailed tasks specification:

  • Business Development activities on Decarbonization and Digitization strategy
  • Maintains project lists and reports for the sale activities, with the ability to develop himself on following up of new sales and customer and related activities.
  • Bid follow up and clarification in view of scope of supply, technical, delivery and costs.
  • Selection of the compressor technical concept.
  • Coordination of bid preparation within the scope of the project engineering, internally and externally with customers and sub-suppliers.
  • Independent leading of the project. (Follow up of the enquiry and preparation of offer for enquiries and negotiations up to the completion of the project.)
  • Prepares technical proposals and cost estimates / Budgets which include design engineering and calculation of the complete package with the primary focus on the oil & gas turbo machinery applications.
  • Review customer’s inquiry package and instruction to bidders
  • Evaluate customer specifications and data sheets and interpret data to advise sales and develop technical quotation, technical drawings, schematics and reports
  • Coordinate with factory for scope split on factory supplied components and locally supplied components
  • Issue request for quotations for all auxiliaries and buy-out components
  • Respond to questions and clarifications from customer subsequent to proposal submission
  • Coordinate any post proposal questions to sub suppliers and to obtain revised quotes
  • Participate in pre-bid, bid review, technical clarifications and kickoff meetings
  • Co-ordinate all activities with sales force
  • Make sales calls with regional sales managers and participate in all bid and technical clarifications meetings
  • Participate in Lunch and learn at the customers’ site
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales goals, plans and activities of the related BU products/services in assigned territory.
  • Plans approach that will convince customers to do business with the company.
  • Develops a rapport with existing / new clients and to support on setting targets for sales and support that will continually improve the relationship.
  • Supports in retaining existing accounts by presenting new products and support services to clients.
  • Works together with the Headquarters on the commercial strategy or tenders and opportunities.

Regional Service Coordinator

The Regional Service Coordinator is responsible for responding to client requests and initiating the appropriate response. Act as the customer liaison contact for service related queries. The Service Coordinator MEA should also support in coordinate the jobs within the region where required.

Detailed tasks specification:

  • To update the Head of Field Service on all matters, issues and activities
  • To adhere to & comply with all Global PrimeServ Policies, Processes & Guidelines
  • Allocating Jobs to Engineers
  • Monitoring common mail for all service related enquiries.
  • Distribute the workload evenly and efficiently.
  • Providing complete information regarding Manpower to Order management team.
  • Actively engage with other MAN hubs and coordinate monthly meeting with Region MEA.
  • Follow up with reporting of KPIs for MEA region (e.g. FS utilization)
  • Provide technical support to the customers in collaboration with SM and other service team.
  • Ensuring tasks are entered accurately into SEPS & cloud 4 service for Dubai pools. Check tasks are entered in the system for other MEA pools.
  • Invoices and overdue follow-up for service related jobs.
  • Ensuring timely response to customers.
  • Liaising with different departments, sales support, finance for Job execution.
  • Ensure quotes are i.a.w. scope of work in terms of price and time and submit offer to customer.
  • Follow up with customer and negotiate final terms.
  • Monitor performance of project with internal departments.
  • Receive complete reports on time and check timesheets and claims prior to submission.
  • Follow up of quotation list with international customers.
  • Pro-active sales and marketing activities with international customers and MAN hubs.
  • Support in planning PrimeServ Care and training requirements to fulfil service needs.
  • Support region MEA to plan and coordinate service jobs where required
  • Report and support to achieve set KPIs for service department
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • The service coordinator MEA is responsible for the service planning for both Segments and work in collaboration with technical service manager
  • Where required, the service coordinator MEA proactively support the IGCs in MEA region to coordinate the service jobs
  • The service coordinator follow the planning of the complete region in SEPS system.
  • Accept incoming query, Determine level of service, Confirm scope of work, Arrange Quote
