LNG, ethane, and LPG fuels reduce air pollution significantly while methanol has a net-zero CO2 emission footprint. And with green ammonia coming to the market, you will be able to switch to 100% carbon-free fuels with MAN Energy Solutions.

Since any ME-C engine with a bore size of at least 50 can be converted for dual-fuel operation, more than 4,500 vessels could potentially be retrofitted to run on new alternative fuels like LNG, ethane, LPG, methanol and ammonia.
