Welcome to MAN Energy Solutions!

As part of the onboarding process, we will introduce our company to you and provide you with insights into our structures, manufacturing, product world and strategy. In addition, we will work out your individual graduate plan together with you and also offer you the chance to take part in our various program and network events.

Your journey begins where you will later be deployed. You will get to know both your division as well as your tasks and your colleagues. Within this station, you will have first contact with your sponsor and your mentor.

So that you really get to know us and as preparation for your future position, you will get a taste of various interface areas. You will be involved in projects and, in doing so, will get to meet many interesting people who work at MAN.

You will also gain insights into the tasks and responsibilities of the divisions that are heavily involved in the topics relating to our company strategy and that are connected to your target role. Here too, you will be greeted by interesting tasks and can actively participate in the implementation of our new strategy. This means that you will already be contributing to the future shape of MAN Energy Solutions.

During your time abroad – roughly three months – at one of our sites, you will collect a great deal of experience and build up your intercultural skills at the same time.

After successful completion of the graduate program, we look forward to welcoming you as a permanent part of the team. We hope you enjoy and are successful in your permanent position.
